License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and George ("Developer") for the use of the mobile application "Goal: Habits & Tasks" ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Application.

License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Ownership

The Application and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, are the property of the Developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

In-App Purchases

The Application may offer in-app purchases. All transactions for in-app purchases are processed through the respective app store provider and are subject to their terms and conditions. The Developer is not responsible for issues arising from in-app purchases, including but not limited to payment processing errors, unauthorized transactions, or failure to receive purchased items.

User Responsibility

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The User assumes all responsibility for their use of the Application, including any reliance on its features or content. The User is solely responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of their account and data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements. Use of the Application is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Application, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Application, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application, delete all copies from your devices, and forfeit any rights to in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer concerning the Application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

No Warranty for Third-Party Services

The Developer is not responsible for any third-party services, integrations, or content accessed through the Application. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
